Ballet shaping utilizesIt is based on the most basic ballet training and has been modified and updated to make it an exercise that the general public can do.It is a completely new type of exercise that allows everyone to lose weight healthily and beautifully.

We offer a variety of yoga classes, including Basic Yoga, Wheel Yoga, Slim Yoga, Deep Stretch, Vinyasa, and Aerial Yoga.

We offer two types of Pilates classes: mat Pilates and machine Pilates. The former utilizes bodyweight exercises and emphasizes muscle control and breathing. The latter is core bed Pilates, which can increase the variety and difficulty of the exercises.
