The center is conveniently located in Tuen Mun, Tsuen Wan, and Hung Hom (Whampoa). We believe that exercise has a significant impact on physical and mental well-being and hope to integrate exercise into the lives of every student, enabling them to live more vibrant and fulfilling lives.<\/span><\/h4><h4>\u00a0<\/h4><h4>Unlike other centers, we primarily promote yoga and...<span style=\"font-size: 1.0625rem;\">Pilates<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1.0625rem;\">Exercise, the former focusing on flexibility, and the latter on strengthening muscle power. Both are essential elements of a healthy body and neither can be neglected.<\/span><\/h4><ul><li><h4>Muscle strength helps maintain good bone structure, thus preventing diseases such as fractures and osteoporosis. Secondly, muscle strength can increase basal metabolic rate, helping to control weight and prevent obesity. Furthermore, muscle strength can improve cardiovascular health, reducing the risk of heart disease and stroke.<\/h4><\/li><li><h4>Flexibility not only helps maintain good posture and reduce spinal pressure, but it also promotes blood circulation, relieves muscle tension, and helps prevent sports injuries. Furthermore, good flexibility can improve athletic performance, making people more agile and comfortable in daily life.<\/h4><\/li><\/ul><h4>There is a close relationship between muscle strength and flexibility. Excessive muscle strength coupled with insufficient flexibility can lead to muscle stiffness and joint rigidity, increasing the risk of injury. Conversely, excessive flexibility coupled with insufficient muscle strength can easily result in joint instability, increasing the risk of joint wear and dislocation.
